I have been running in the Super Nova for about six months. This is a higher priced shoe (about $90), but it has proved to be a wonderful trainer. I have over 300 miles on this shoe in all conditions from tread mills to trail runs. They have a wide foot print providing a stable running platform. 

They have a decent, but not extensive heel counter and provide a great deal of cushioning. The Super Novas have a larger than normal arch. This was something that I was looking for. The arch has worn now, but not uncomfortably. They have held up quite well. The biggest noticeable wear at this point is the toe. I often wear the toe out of the upper long before I wear out the soles. This shoe has proved to be the same. I would definitely buy them again, and probably will for my next pair.
