Pro-Direct Soccer is a UK based Catalog and on-line retailer.   The catalogs provide more information than almost any other retailer.   Their prices are competitive with very good deals available to the player who is willing to use prior year gloves or boots.

The three most important aspects of any on-line retailer are Price, Selection, and Service.   On the price front, Pro-Direct is generally about the same or less than other major retailers; however, you do have to know what you are looking for.   They offer overstock/prior year merchandise in line with the current year products.   Pro-Direct also bundles sets of gloves together for a slightly reduced price.   This is a good way to purchase two sets of the same gloves.   One thing to remember, being a UK based company, all of their prices are in £ (British Pounds).  The website does allow the user to see ESTIMATED prices in Euro or US Dollars, but there is no guarantee that this will be the actual price.   There is also a foreign exchange fee.   The good news is that there is no VAT (Value Added Tax) on products shipped to the US.

Pro-Direct has one of the broadest selections of keeper products, boots and balls we have seen including some not normally seen in the US.   The selection of apparel is good, but not exceptional.   Coaching/training equipment is limited to the basics.   They also offer personalization on most boots and gloves, but if you want a truly customized product, you might try NIKEiD.
