The Monaco ($42) is a lightweight microfiber short that makes a good training pant or team kit.  They have a mid-length inseam with a dropped back.  The style is simple.

Half of the Monaco kit, this short is very comfortable.  The polyester wicking material is a light weight knit with a solid color and contrasting piping.  The shorts have a cotton/polyester lining.  The shorts are available in White/Black; Red/White; Royal/White; Black/White; Royal/Yellow; Black/Gold; Black/Yellow; White/Red; White/Royal.  The Jako logo is in raised letters on the front.

The style is fairly plain.  The 6.5" inseam is a compromise length.  The dropped back gives them the feel of longer shorts while keeping the front well above the knee.  They can be combined with almost any jersey, especially given the variety of color choices.  We found the shorts to be well constructed and are easy to maintain.  After several washings, the shorts show no signs of stretching, fading or snags.
