The Protime Tulsa ($22) is a recreational or select level kit that includes Jersey, short and socks.  The jersey and shorts are made of knit polyester wicking material.  The socks are not up to the level of the rest of the kit.

July is Kit Month at AVID Soccer, so we have a variety of uniform styles from different manufacturers.  Our first offering is the Tulsa jersey.  Constructed of a combination of fabrics, the Tulsa does a good job of managing moisture.  The main body (seen here in yellow and green) are a knit fabric called wickguard.  The black accent panels are a lighter venting material.  The yellow and black piping are made of a tighter weave fabric.  The color is a stylized crew neck.

The St. Louis short is constructed of the same Wickguard fabric in a single solid color.  These unlined shorts have a six inch inseam placing them on the longer side.  Our male testers prefer lengths between 5.5"-7" for game play and longer lengths for training.  Our female testers prefer slightly shorter lengths.

We found the fabrics wick away moisture very well and keep the player cool as long as they are moving.  Unfortunately, the garments do not dry quickly.  On the sideline, this can be a benefit on a hot day by facilitating evaporative cooling.  On a cool day, it can leave the player cold and wet.

We tested the jerseys for several use/wash cycles.  The bright hues of our examples proved to be colorfast and show no signs of stretching, snags or fading.  Our usage testing was gentile, so the light weight fabrics may snag under normal wear.

The All Sport tube socks are strictly rec level.  These 80/20 acrylic/nylon blend are good for about 30 washings before they puff up like a stuffed animal.  Save them for the youth squad.

Over all, the Tulsa has great style.  Offered in 20 color combinations, they could be used to supply an entire division of teams.  The biggest drawback of all of the Protime uniforms are home/away combos.  The Tulsa offers Red/White and White/Red; Blue/White and White/Blue; Black/Red and Red/Black; Yellow/Green and Green/Yellow (not the same greens).  The remaining combinations do not have companions.
