The third in our series on the Century Soccer line of generic uniforms.  The Lotus (N/A) the most creative of the Century Kits.  It is a three piece home/away + shorts kit available in 9 colors.  The uniforms are made of a lightweight mesh fabric.

This kit consists of a base color and black or white stripe (home) jersey, white with color pinstripes (away) jersey and white pinstripe short.  Many of the kits feature gold accents on the pinstripe jersey.  There are no socks included.  The entire jersey is a polyester mesh fabric.  This kit features an odd vee neck collar.  It has a small accent piece that is not quite a fold down collar, but not a stand up collar.  It is comfortable and easy to get on/off.  The shorts do not have any mesh.

The design is comfortable and breaths better than the elastic fabrics.  The shorts are on the shorter side of current design (about 5" inseam depending on size).  This panel design includes many seams.  Since Century did not design the jersey with flat seams, they can become irritating after an hour of play.

In general, the is a mid quality kit.  There are nine colors: black/white; burgundy/white; green/black; navy/white; red/black; royal/black; yellow/black; sky/black; orange/black available in sizes from Y8 (youth extra small) to XXL (adult XXL).  The sizes run slightly large.  Unfortunately, we were unable to get a price list from Century, so we can not evaluate the value.  We ran this kit through several wash/dry cycles and found it held up well.  There was no change to the color or stretch fabric.  Because the mesh does not stretch, it is less prone to snag or snare.
