The UA Tech Pant ($34) is a lightweight woman's yoga/fitness pant with a rolled waist and a cotton-like polyester fabric.  It is available in gray or black (full length) and a gray or navy capri.

Under Armour HeatGear is class of microfiber fabrics designed to wick away moisture and cool the wearer.  The Tech Pant uses UA's PolyArmour and  Elastane in a 95/5 respective blend.  This is a cotton-like fabric that is soft and supple.  It feels and moves like a t-shirt with a bit more stretch.  The waist is designed to be rolled to adjust the length.  The cuff of the pant has a bead to help it lay correctly.  There is also a bead seam that is just off-center of each leg.

Our tester has used the pants for every day use as well as yoga and pilates.  They are comfortable provide ample stretch for movement.

Unfortunately, our heather gray example has not held up well.  The fabric looks much older than it is.  It has stretched a bit and the waist has not held up as well as expected.  It has resisted staining and snags.
