The Magma jersey/short ($50/$25 respectively) is one style from a new line at Lotto.  It is constructed of a stretch microfiber and mesh for a comfortable fit and good ventilation.  Graphics are printed on rather sewn in.

We had high hopes for a Lotto kit.  The Italian company is known for innovation and quality.  The Magma jersey is constructed of a polyester wicking material with an anti-microbial coating.  The base fabric is a white stretch microfiber with a color printed on it.  The accent panels give the jersey an interesting appearance without requiring seams.  The opaque mesh inserts use a flat seam to reduce abrasion.  The mesh also stretchs, but it doesn't flow much air.

The Magma short is a standard design with multi needle elastic waistband and drawstring. Accented side panels added to coordinate with pieced look of jersey.

The jersey and shorts are constructed of different materials.  Our red example was slightly different colors.  This difference will get bigger over time as the jersey fades faster than the shorts.  We also had a problem with the logos.  The jersey and shorts have a large rubber applique.  This is adhered with glue.  The weight of the chest logo is noticeable, but not bothersome.  However, neither logo survived the first washing.  They started to peal way.  At the second washing, the were gone.  There are also two heat transfers on the shoulders.
