The Pele-Sports 1283 Gameday Jersey ($60) is a bit of a misnomer.  It is closer to a t-shirt than jersey.  The fabric is supremely soft and comfortable.

The garment is a 95/5 Polyester/Spandex blend that feels and looks like a heather cotton.  It is a wicking fabric with vents under the arms.  The fabric is impregnated with odor protection.  It does a good job of absorbing moisture and dries quickly.  The graphics are screened using a heavy ink.  The Pele logo is raised and slightly fuzzy.  Everything is very high quality.

The bottom of the jersey has four inch wide strip of a different fabric.  The strip design is a series of pluses (+) and circles intended to represent the goal net.  The number in the name represents the 1,283 goals that Pele scored in his career.  The collar and sleeves have elastic.  It is not the usual ribbing, but it works well.  The back is blank.  There are three graphics on the side, but noticeably absent are the three stars representing Pele's WC wins.
